These terms apply to CreateSpreadsheet.lol (the “Service”). By creating or opening a catalog you agree to them.
What the Service does
The Service lets you generate a public catalog page that lists products from our database and links each product to third-party shopping agents, using the affiliate codes you enter.
We do not sell goods
We are not a seller. Purchases happen on the shopping agents’ websites under their own terms. Prices shown are indicative: the base price is in US dollars and other currencies are approximate conversions at a fixed rate. We do not guarantee availability, quality, delivery or prices on the agent’s site.
Your catalog and codes
Only enter affiliate codes that belong to you or that you are allowed to use. Codes appear in the link addresses of your catalog and are therefore visible to everyone who opens it.
A catalog address is first come, first served. Some addresses are reserved. You can edit your catalog with the private edit link shown once after creation. Keep it safe: anyone who has it can change the catalog.
Affiliate links
Links in catalogs are affiliate links built from the codes entered by the catalog owner. Catalog owners earn commissions from their own affiliate links, at no extra cost to the buyer. The Service and its spreadsheets are free to use.
Third-party content and trademarks
Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with them. We review credible reports of infringing content and remove it where appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for spam, misleading catalogs, unlawful content or automated mass creation of catalogs. We apply rate limits and may remove catalogs or block access without notice when these rules are broken.
No warranty and limited liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the outcome of purchases, or for the actions of third-party shopping agents.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
